terraces, a private garden, and a communal garden with a large swimming pool.
On the main floor, you are welcomed by a large open-plan space with kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the
dining area seats up to 8 guests. There is also a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer.
This floor includes a large outdoor terrace, furnished with comfortable sofas and an outdoor dining area — a perfect space to relax, read,
sunbathe, or enjoy meals and dinners outdoors in complete tranquility.
The lower floor is the sleeping area. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
A master suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
One bedroom with 3 single beds.
One bunk bed room with 3 single beds.
Additionally, there is a second full bathroom with a shower for added convenience.
From this floor, you also have direct access to a second terrace and a private garden, equipped with sofas, sun loungers, and a table with
chairs. And the best part: from the private garden, you can directly access the communal garden and swimming pool, perfect for cooling off at
any time of the day.
There is no air conditioning, but each room has fans.
